Overview
Mesaros Inc. was formed in 2003 to provide business consulting services to small and medium businesses ranging from market development, product management, to business development strategy. In 2005, our visit to China greatly inspired our team about the future of growth there. Since that visit, we've focused building our international team and network to specifically target the above servicesto connect China and US: Chinese companies looking to come into the US market to increase their competitiveness and US companies looking to expand into the Chinese market. As part of this endeavor, we have also added fundraising and related advisory services.

Our Team

• Yuying Chen Mesaros -- Yuying is President and founder of Mesaros, Inc. She has developed product strategy for enterprise and consumer software companies including Microsoft and Business Objects. She has also been an independent consultant since 2003 for local small businesses for systems design. She graduated from MIT with a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. She is also an active member of Keiretsu Forum, the nations largest private angel network. She currently sits on the deal screening board, the VC committee and the "Cool Stuff" deal screening committee.
  
• Wang, Xiang Fen -- Xiang Fen is a Chinese serial entrepeneur with 20+ years of experience and deep knowledge in many industries. She started her career in banking in China. In the early 80's, before the rush to start private businesses in China, she started a real estate development company that's now headed by her husband, an import/export company and a pharmaceutical company that's now Yongan Pharmaceutical. Having earned her stripes in business in China through literally carrying bags of cash to transact business in the early days, she now provides her thorough knowledge of how to conduct business in China to our clients.
  
• Chen, Haiyan -- Haiyan has close to 30 years of banking experience with the Bank of China, china's largest state owned bank. She worked her way up from teller to heading the largest branch in the entire network as President, Shanghai branch of Bank of China. With this experience, she shares her knowledge of the inner workings of banking, currency, loans, debt and financing in China's state owned bank system with our clients.

• Bryce James, Shield LLC and SmartPortfolios -- Bryce has 20+ years experience in all areas of the finance industry. He has worked with most of the VC firms, investment banking firms and broker dealer firms in the Seattle area. He advises our company on the best way to build out our network.
  
• Dr. Chen Ping -- Dr. Chen heads the economic research department at Beijing University. He frequently advises the chinese central government, and regional governments like Shanghai on policies best suited to encourage economic growth in China. He is a known and respected speaker on the topic China's economic development with frequent speaking engagements in Europe, China and US on the topic. Dr. Chen advises our company on chinese economic policy and it's impact on our various projects.
