Our approach
to each client we work with is to start with an overall evaluation
of the company, their business model, financials, strength and
weaknesses. This enables us to see the larger picture at all times
and work towards the company's overall success and not just a
particular milestone or project.
After initial
valuation, we will drill down to the requirements for the specific
project and do investigation on our own as to feasibility and
match relative to our resources and availability. These first
two phases occur without any cost to the client. Our goal is to
help the company succeed, and if we're not the best ones to do
that, we will refer out.
